Don’t ask me how it can even spin without any cloth on the sails.
I don’t normally show photos of my other creative outlet, bread baking, but I’m making an exception for this loaf.
I wanted to try my hand at baking a marbled rye bread, the recipe of which I found in Peter Reinhart’s book The Bread Baker’s Apprentice (I can highly recommended this book, btw). I cheated a bit though; I used Waldkorn instead of rye for the dark parts. The result exceeded my expectations, both in looks and in taste. :)
